Make Something That's Completely Yours
Your project bag becomes your canvas.
Jennifer will introduce simple approaches to colour, composition, pattern and mark-making before helping you develop your own design.
Participants can work abstractly, create patterns, explore botanical or nature-inspired imagery, or develop something completely personal.
The goal is not for everyone to make the same bag. Every finished piece should look different.

From Painting to Project Bag
The sample bag for this workshop was inspired by one of Jennifer's original paintings, demonstrating how colour, shape, pattern and imagery can move from a painting onto an everyday object.
You do not need to reproduce Jennifer's design. It is simply one example of what is possible.
Bring your own ideas, work from inspiration provided in the studio, or simply begin with colour and see where it takes you.
You Don't Need to Be an Artist
This workshop is perfect for knitters who want a beautiful project bag, artists and makers, friends looking for a creative Friday night together, people who think they are not artistic, anyone looking to make a meaningful handmade gift, and anyone who simply wants to make something wonderful for themselves.
Make it as a gift. Keep it for yourself. We won't judge.
