We are celebrating the arrival of “Copper Antler” jewelry artist, Jacquie Mack-Farnsworth, who is travelling all the way from her mountain studio in Golden, BC.
Jacquie is a very active artist who owns and operates her own Mercantile in the Mountains. We will talk about her artistic process, her stories about life in the Canadian Rockies and explore our Canadian inspirations and artistic connections between Golden and Muskoka.
Jacquie will be visiting our gallery and unveiling some new forest inspired creations for the first time, we hope you can make it to this special “Meet the Artist” party.
We welcome and would love to meet other Canadian artists and artisans who would like to explore new creative GOLDEN-MUSKOKA opportunities at the Green Forest Gallery.

The Secret Garden Arts Festival

Join us for a unique arts experience, in a secret location, located on private property, in the heart of Muskoka.

This is a BYOP & LC (bring your own picnic and lawn chair event) We have outdoor washroom facilities, a handwashing station and limited picnic seating and shelters.

Due to Covid limitations, tickets are limited. For that reason, this will be a hybrid arts festival, with opportunities for all to participate either in person or online, purchasing items from our website and following our live music event on IG or FB livestream.
Covid safety policy in effect, vaccination required for qualified adult attendees. Masks required in designated vendor areas. Stay tuned for the Secret Garden webpage and online gift shop. More to come...
ABOUT US
Nestled in the forests of Muskoka, the gallery is minutes away from the waterfalls of Vankoughnet, in Bracebridge, Ontario. The Green Forest Gallery offers a mixture of tranquility and arts. The gallery is a labour of love for visual artist and musician, J. Claveau from Box of Paints Studio. It is a place of fun, inspiration and community spirit. The gallery features Canadian fine art in many forms and picnic inspired goods, in partnership with local Canadian businesses. Our hope is to find a balance between city and woods while bringing you delicious treats, program offerings, exciting events, and various forms of art. Join us in experiencing the power of nature and local artists and artisans.

Busy Bees
The new honeybee puzzles just arrived and are available for sale through the shop tab. Today we had a fun little photo shoot in the garden, getting ready for our lavender honey themed pop up event on Saturday August 28th in Bracebridge. Save the date, and be on the look out for more to come…
Gift Baskets
We offer a variety of unique and one of a kind items through our gift baskets. We encourage visitors to pick their favourite items and combine them for a custom gift set. Puzzles
We offer a new line of puzzles by Box of Paints Studio. These puzzles feature the paintings of J. Claveau's. Professionally scanned and printed, these puzzles are 506 pieces, 20" x 20" inches.
Summer Fizzle Pop-up
Our brand new booth! I had the best day! I met so many lovely people including Carol, who is celebrating a birthday soon. Thank you Michele, @muskokayarn, for making art happen at the Summer Fizzle Pop-up! It was a mood lifting day and my art is finding new homes. Couldn’t be happier!
Scarves
Our new silk scarf collection is in high demand! 100% silk, designed and manufactured in Canada! Many designs from the entire J. Claveau collection are now on display, stocked and ready to fly away.

One of our core values is protecting the environment. To do our part, all purchases and gifts are eco-wrapped with reusable and recyclable materials. We also love supporting local businesses. Grand Opening
It’s official! The Green Forest Gallery is now open. Here are some highlights from the ribbon cutting ceremony with Bracebridge Mayor, Graydon Smith. Graydon said some lovely words and our neighbours gathered to watch us cut the ribbon with a great big pair of scissors. It was a special moment and we are grateful to have such a supportive community and group of neighbours surrounding us. Thank you!
